At StatesOfArt, cancellations made within 7 days of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on project progress. Once the first draft is delivered, payments become non-refundable. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days.
At StatesOfArt, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality design services. To maintain fairness and clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:
- Project Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations requested before project commencement (before any design work has started) are eligible for a 90% refund, with 10% retained as an administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after the project has started but before first draft delivery are eligible for a 50% refund of the total project fee.
- Cancellations after the first draft delivery are non-refundable, as resources and creative work have already been invested.
- Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Payments for custom artwork, rush projects, third-party costs (fonts, stock images, hosting, etc.), and completed deliverables are strictly non-refundable.
- Studio-Initiated Cancellations
- In the rare event that StatesOfArt cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund for any uncompleted portion of the project.
- Request Timeline
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@statesofart.com within 7 days of invoice/payment date.
